What is the google l4 interview like?

For people who interviewed with google in the past year for a swe role, what’s the interview like? Leetcode hards, system design heavy? How were the questions asked? What should I watch out for?

2-3 coding, and 1 Googleyness
The coding rounds start medium I have prep materials you can use as a guide. It's more for a higher level but you should be good with it. Let's talk in the dms.

Google does not ask system design for l3/l4 (same interview)
It’s 3x coding 1x googlyness (leadership)
They had a period where they were using a coderpad and expected runnable code but have reverted to plain Google doc so you need to explain your thought process well on a leetcode medium.
DP is in the mix as well unlike many companies.
They also love follow ups so if you finish the problem quickly they will continue grilling you for the entire time period.
